Last week, I had a great conversation with Jake Panasevich where we talked about positive psychology, men’s health, and well-being in sports. Jake creates safe spaces for men to practice yoga, which recognizes that men may have different needs when it comes to the practice. Low flexibility, having difficulty keeping up, and feelings of embarrassment are a few potential barriers in traditional yoga classes. I can really relate to the low flexibility part!
