Building Habits of Happiness at Villa Maria Academy High School
I am grateful to the counseling department, staff, and 9th grade students at Villa Maria Academy High School for making the Building Habits of Happiness workshop today such a success. I was so impressed by the students’ enthusiasm, courage, and kindness as we explored the 7 practices from A Happier You. From sharing strengths to getting in touch with gratitude, the level of positive energy in the auditorium was off the charts! VMA is a school that truly cares about well-being. Special thanks to Sally Jeffries for creating this opportunity.
